Three Steps to a Happier You

Gratitude — What is one things for which you are thankful?  For me this morning it’s that I have a healthy child. 

Goal — What is one thing you want to do or be today?  I want to be a great dad. 

Affirmation — What is one thing you will do to make it happen?  I will play with my child and talk to him about important things.
